A must have to scare the creeps and lurkers away. The siren is really obnoxious and loud and I love the volume levels for the speaker.

This is a good size for me (woman) to be able to hold and maneuver. It works well for being heard on an outdoor or gym-typd setting. It's fun to be able to be heard and when I accidentally did the siren, I got immediate attention! It's a great, quality item that runs plugged in or on battery. It makes my soft voice loud!

If you need a megaphone, this is perfect. Exactly what we needed. Microphone is great, volume is loud, and siren will wake up the neighbors.

I was a little skeptical about this but the price was attractive. It does put out good sound, I am not sure it is really 40 watts of output. It does put out a decent sound. It is very tinny sounding. There were a few hiccups and some undocumented features that I needed to figure out. When I first received it, I charged up the battery pack. The led went from red to yellow, it did not turn green the way the directions said it would. Not sure if this is a problem with the battery or if this is normal, but it works. There is a short cord with a polarized connector to plug in the battery pack. The unit is also supposed to work from 6 C batteries, I have not tried it out yet with the C batteries.When I first turned it on, all it would do is produce a siren sound. After pushing the siren button the siren noise stopped and it then made a repetitive ticking sound. The red led on the upper right was flashing. I pushed the "play" button and the ticking sound stopped and now the bullhorn PA function worked when I talk into the mike. There are two red leds on the upper portion of the mouthpiece. There is no information on these in the instructions. The led on the upper left is the On-Off indicator. The led on the upper right is the Record-Play indicator. To record a message press "Record" and talk into the mike. To play it push "Play" it will repeatedly play the message until you press "Play" again to cease the function.For the price I am satisfied with the unit. It does have somewhat of a "toy" feel to it. It is definitely more lightweight than a famous brand 25 watt bullhorn that uses 8 c batteries which I have also used. This is easier to carry for extended use.

I had purchased this model several years ago and it worked well. I gave it away when no longer using. Purchased a new one in July which didn’t work at all…used brand new batteries but it would not go on. Last week I sent in their online form about the problem, no response. Tried calling customer service today, Saturday. They are closed with no way to leave message. Sent in form again. Poor customer service. Will update if they respond and make it right.

This is LOUD! If someone can’t hear you they need to see a doctor because they have hearing problems! The siren is also loud to catch everyone’s attention. The price point is a sweet spot in my option, you feel like you’re getting what you paid for not just some cheap junk, and it’s still cheap enough you’re not breaking the bank on a megaphone!

Great for giving instructions for youth sports. Clear sound!
