The picture doesn't do these stunning lamp shades justice. They are beautiful. The quality is exceptional. And can not believe the speed of delivery. Arrived 4 days after purchase. Which Royal Mail should be very proud of. The fabric and true colour can not be clearly seen in the photos, they are a very soft light cream with a faint touch of what I can only describe as gold embossed glitter. Very classy not cheap or tacky. Completely blown away I have to say was not expecting the outstanding quality for this price. I paid 4 times this price for my last set, and they are not a fraction as good. They are lined in a white fabric, so when the light is on you get a clean bright light. I am writing this review because I think this company deserve the highest praise, for an exceptional service and stunning quality product, and unbelievable delivery speed. I will be buying another set as I couldn't decide between the two colours. Now I have seen them I definitely want both.

Elegegant design, tasteful colour fast delivery

I was amazed when these little lampshades arrived. I bought them for my 90 years old mother’s home - for her ancient bedside lamps whose lampshades had disintegrated over the years due to sunlight damage. I visit, and stay, frequently, and I didn’t like the glare from the bare bulbs. We didn’t need six, but I reckoned a few spares could come in handy, in the event that they do not last very long….. and it was cheaper to buy six at this price, than three of a different more expensive type. At just £3 each, I didn’t expect them to be very good (they were £17.99 when I bought them 4 months ago) so I was very pleasantly surprised.They are beautifully made, fully lined inside, with a lovely sort of delicate lustre/sheen on the outside. The fabric around the ‘spokes’ at the top demonstrated their quality, and they are finished top and bottom with a nice decorative braid. I think they are probably intended for multi arm pendant ceiling lights, but they are perfect for small free-standing lamps. The only thing I don’t like about them is the shape of the wire bit inside, that fits over the light bulb to hold the shade in place. But that could be more to do with the shape of the candle bulbs we used. They were quite easy to bend into into a better fitting, more stable shape, though.
