Really great value
I was so surprised when opening the box , it had a travel adapter a phone case and a stylus which i didn't expect !! then i opened the box with the phone in it , I was honestly amazed at how good the condition was it looke like a brand new phone . the packaging was also brilliant so that it had no chance of getting damaged in the post . So thank's guys I would highly reccomend you to anyone who is looking for a newer phone 5 star rating .

Very poor battery.
This is the second Amazon Renewed S21 I have bought in the last month. I sent the first one back due to poor battery performance, unfortunately the next one has exactly the same problem. The design capacity of the battery is 4000mAh, in reality both renewed phones have about 2800mAh which is poor, I had expected a new battery to be fitted as part of the renewal process. It looks nice but the battery is very poor, therefore has limited functionality.Also does not include a charger!

No marks or scratches that I can make out. The phone is working perfectly. I wouldn't know it was a refurb if I hadn't bought it as one!Battery life is really great.

Refused replacing/repairing item
The media could not be loaded. The touch screen does not work after 6 months and the supplier refuses to replace the phone as they say the screen is broken. As you can see with the video attached, this is not the case.This is the second time in months we have an issue. After 3 months the phone stopped charging. This time the supplier sent us a new mobile. But now, the touch screen does not work.All in all, despite the fact that they respond quickly on the amazon chat, our experience is that their items are not reliable and they find excuses to refuse replacing the item when it does not work.I expect much better from a supplier, especially as we have proof (cf video) that this is not a broken screen causing the phone not to work.I would not recommend them.
