Plant Based Mature Cheddar Cheese Flavour Vegan Grated 150g

I kid you not, if you cannot do dairy this is a game changer. It tastes like sour mature cheese. It's a little crumbly and has a good strong cheese flavour. You could easily serve it up and no one would guess. Finally I have found a good dairy free cheese.

As a long-suffering vegan cheese explorer, I’ve tasted products that ranged from “slightly suspicious Play-Doh” to “mysterious soap block with dreams.” So imagine my shock when Cathedral’s plant-based cheese entered my life like a dairy-free superhero. First bite: Is this… legal? Second bite: Has science gone too far? Third bite: I was already drafting a heartfelt thank-you letter to the cheese gods. 😋 The flavour? Unreasonably delicious. The melt? A thing of beauty… like it was choreographed by a tiny vegan Steven Spielberg. The texture? So good I double-checked the ingredients just to make sure a cow hadn’t snuck in at the last minute. I’ve fed it to non-vegans who refused to believe it wasn’t real cheese. One even looked personally betrayed when I revealed the truth. 😁 In summary: Cathedral’s plant-based cheese isn’t just the best vegan cheese on the market, it’s the best cheese experience, full stop. If I could give it more than 10/10, I absolutely would. The only downside is now every other vegan cheese tastes like disappointment and regret. Buy it. Eat it. Ascend.

For me it tastes great and is exactly the same as the original cathedral cheese however the rest of the family noted that it smelt and tasted extremely weird

It's great. Strong smell, so it's not for the faint hearted. But it's amazing as is and awesome melted. It will be the reason I get fat again.
