Pack yourself a water bottle, small towel, anc headphones, wallet/keys and tshirt exchange.If you go to the gym only with essentials, without taking shower, this bag will suit you well!I like not having to carry a big bulky bag with me. Now if you wanna pack some shoes, shampoo, and a full set of clothes, don’t buy this..
