Love this belt. It fits on comfortably and you can wear it around all day under clothes if you want. Helps me sweat during my workouts and I've seen quick results. Highly recommend the copper edge sweat waist trimmer. Cut that fat from your belly on workout at a time. This is a good buy.

I've been using this product daily and cannot complain. The last time I bought a similar product was in advance of my wedding, and that was a very long time ago. It increased sweat around my middle then, and this product is doing the same for me now. I can't say for certain if the copper in this belt is doing anything, but after several long days my midsection is not itchy, which was the main reason I eventually stopped using the old belt.

Returned runs smaller

I bought for friend,and light very much. It helped he burn some fat around her wast.

I wear Adult Large and sometimes XL shirts. reading merchant/manufacturer content I realized that I would need to order this several sizes larger than usual. I got the 3XL. I am able to wrap this around and it stays securely around my abdomen. I also ordered a 2XL from another brand which also was a different vest style. I wasn't even able to zip that one up so I returned it.I have no delusions that this will melt belly fat away. I am specifically using it for when I eat (at home). not going out in public looking like that :) those I suppose you could have it on under a loose fitting shirt. I'm trying to find a way to restrict the amount of food that I eat. I believe I eat healthy and I exercise quite a bit. However, I am not losing any weight and have a fairly protruding belly. I believe my main problem is portion control. Here's hoping this will help retrain my brain over time as to what an appropriate amount of food is so I don't have to go get my stomach cut in half. (shrug)

Belt fits poorly, is stiff and slides. I am within the refund or exchange of this product, but I have worn it six or seven times. Unfortunately, I don’t think I am eligible for a refund and I certainly don’t want to exchange for another. The belt does not fit snugly and has gaps. It does not contour my waist like other belts that I’ve purchased in the past. I am 5 foot three and under 110 pounds, so it is not a body issue. Thank you for your time.
