Has all of the essential clubs that you will need to start playing golf. It was a little confusing to me how it is labeled as a 9 piece set but there are only 6 clubs. They are the Driver, 5H, 7I, 9I, SW, and PT which is the perfect set for beginners. Having this few clubs will not overwhelm beginners with too many choices on which club to select. With that being said I wish that I had bought a complete set of 12 clubs to start. Though the main thing that kept me from doing that was I wasn't sure if I would enjoy playing golf or not and I assumed that I could just buy the other clubs that I was missing easily. Well you can buy extra clubs just not Strata brand and they come in sets cheaper than individually. So I have like 3 duplicate clubs now.The bag is very nice. I love the pocket position and size. The rain cover is nice too and easy to remove when not needed. The built in tripod stand is also handy when at the driving range. The only thing that I don't like about the bag is the goofy backpack strap. It's so awkward walking up to the clubhouse taking up 3 times the amount of space that you normally would. And the bag is designed in such a way that you can not put a standard shoulder strap on in place of the backpack strap.

While I’d recommend going to a local used sports gear store or even donation site for clubs for kids or people who only play once in a blue moon, these are great for those who want the key clubs for getting on the fairway and out of trouble. It’s easier to carry fewer clubs and helps you really hone in your swing. The only complaint I have is the bag really needs the topper attached to keep things from falling out with its over the shoulder, horizontal orientation. But otherwise all the clubs and grips felt good on the first few trips, the covers are nice, and the bag is lightweight, if a little bulky.Overall, the perfect set if you’re trying to get into the game for the first time or want a nice set for the occasional round.

For the price you pay, the clubs are fantastic. This is a beginner set that came with everything you really need to start. The irons are solid and the 5hybrid is pretty great for a dynamic course. Putter has a solid decent weight to it. Driver is a bit long for me I’m 5’9” idk how long my arms are but they’re normal length I think. I’ve had some of the best and some of the worst hits with these clubs, mainly due to skill issue. All together they feel great and look a whole lot better than the rentals that most courses would offer. I just wish the bag could hold more beer though

There is not one Callaway logo on any of the clubs or bag. U would never know u are getting a Callaway product. Why advertise it as Callaway?

Great starter set. Bought for my son that was just starting out. Bag is very well made and clubs were perfect for a beginner. He has upgraded many of the clubs but has kept the original bag as it is lightweight and easy to carry. Looks great too. Very pleased with this purchase.

I've had this set for over a year now and they have held up so well. I found a new passion but didn't want to break the bank as I continued to learn. These clubs are very forgiving and great for beginners.

just buy the expensive set, a year later and I’m not using any of this anymore.
