I bought these to use at work to keep from holding phone receiver with my head. I have arthritis in my neck. They work really well so far. The sound is clear and no complaints about anyone not hearing me.

This headset is great. Easy to use. Gentle on the ears.

These are light weight, sound is clear, caller can hear us and we can hear them. They do not do a good job of cancelling out the background noise, but they're not high end either. They work great for the price point. The on/off toggle seems to be very loose and VERY easy to mute yourself so be careful of that. Otherwise great purchase!
