Q: How long are the hose connection pipes

Hot one is around 2m, cold one is 60cm. I’m struggling with the cold one’s length, I cant find a lengthy one anywhere due to its size 7/8. Awaiting customer service to get back.

Q: Control position : can the controls be fixed to the left side as well (when a user seated on) or is it designed to be always on right side?

It is just on the right side and cannot be changed
