What are the dimensions of the letters please?

These are great! they are approximately 2 by 2 by 2.... my son absolutely loves them for his whiskey drinks... if you're a cubs fan they can also be used as W!

Why are only some letters "prime" while others cost 15.99 to ship?

Hello and thanks for your message. Some of our letters are so new they haven't arrived at Amazon yet but they are on the way and will be available via Prime. Our Letter G and S are super popular and sold out more quickly than expected, but again new stock is on the way. All items we send directly cost $12.99 for 14-28 day delivery. I will double check the costs for us to send to you, as $15.99 was updated to $12.99 last week.
