Great dryer. Super cute pattern.

Diffuser is not too big and not too small. Temperature doesn’t get scalding hot. High setting is very powerful for blowouts. Low setting is perfect with diffuser for gently drying curls. Dries my hair faster than my basic conair dryer.

my old revlon hair dryer that i'd had since college (2010--the model is still available on amazon, lol) started dying, so i was looking for a reasonable upgrade as replacement.the diffuser (wavy & curly) looked the best after my 2 hours of shopping and reading reviews; my first use and i'm already happy! i love the deep bowl shape and that ultimately led me to buying the exclusively compatible hair dryer.i had considered buying one of the universal diffusers and a separate hair dryer, but all the other dryers i liked were just outside the diameters of the diffuser and it seemed too risky. i am glad i chose this conair dryer with its compatible diffuser: the dryer is small but powerful without being too much, and i found each heat setting matched its description. the diffuser collects and lifts all if my hair better than the old revlon one that came with the dryer, and i did find it to produce less frizz. my drying time is also reduced: impressive for something pretty quiet! the dryer is lightweight and i plan to travel with it next week.i love a subtle but pretty design, so the matte & shiny black with wavy patterns is a nice bonus to a great product. i'd recommend!

I finally replaced my (still fully functioning) Vidal Sassoon hairdryer w/ diffuser that I had like 15 years so that is what I will compare this Conair dryer/diffuser too. The nozzle on the Conair is a little shorter which I like better. The diffuser for the Conair for my curl type (pink interior) only fits this Conair dryer (that's fine-I guess). The interior of this conair diffuser with it's aluminum lining gets a tad hot (I keep it on hot or even medium heat but low setting) and you can certainly accidentally hit your ear lobe or back of the neck with it. It's not like lava but it'll getcha. The diffuser stays on the dryer very well! My old one would fall off if I bumped it.All that said I'm happy to have upgraded to a newer nicer machine, but it will take some getting used to as it is also heavy than my previous dryer (both the hair dryer and diffuser attachment). Dries my hair great and I think the curls look extra bouncy :)

I likely haven’t upgraded my hair dryer in 2 decades. Mine finally broke, and since all my other hair tools are all black and I struggled to find one that fit. So I got this along with the wavy/curl diffuser. Much quieter than my old dryer and the speeds are perfect to not throw your hair around.
