Robust but soft
My 6 month old Grandson loves it. Feels robust but the rubbery areas are soft and clearly great to gnaw on! Easy for little hands to hold and with satisfyingly clunky and rattly.

It is thin for teething .
The teething sides are so thin, we could not use it as a teething. I would have not purchased . It is not worth of money.

Highly toxic and inferior quality!
I ordered Fisher-Price Baby Toys Twist & Teethe Otter 2-in-1 Rattle and BPA-free Teether with Textured Rings for Infant Fine Motor Play, cost £12.00Number HJW12From Amazon on Sunday 3rd March – it promptly arrived on Monday 4th MarchI was very disappointed and shocked that Fisher Price had such an inferior, unsafe and highly toxic product marketed for young babies – this is a product babies are putting in their mouth! There is no way I could give this to my grandson or any baby for that matter. Should be taken off the market as it is a health risk to babies!

Be careful!
My 4 month old loved the otter toy at first until she started biting at the fish and it managed to get stuck in her mouth sideways and needed mamas assistance to be removed. I think she’s forgotten the incident now as she still loves plays with it under my watchful eye!
