There was a noise coming from underneath my car and I can also hear it inside. My regular mechanic that I usually go to, told me to buy a transfer case. Before I purchased it, I made sure that it's compatible. So, I bought this product since it has the AMAZON GUARANTEE FOR COMPATIBILITY AND VENDOR'S WARRANTY FOR 1 YEAR. I bought it last Aug 2023, I brought my car to my regular mechanic to have it installed in Nov 2023. The mechanic installed it and the noise was still there. My mechanic advised to contact the Amazon vendor where I bought this product from, since it's not 1 year yet...IT'S ONLY 3 MONTHS. I immediately contacted the vendor, I've complained about the noise I hear from my car and PER HIS request for me to provide videos as proof. I did send him videos. After couple days/weeks, I followed up with the vendor via email however the vendor said he will reply after the Spring Festival. I patiently waited. Since the noise was still there, while waiting for the vendor's reply, I've decided to bring my car to another mechanic. I want to get a second opinion if the problem was really the newly installed transfer case. The other mechanic carefully diagnosed it, he even has to keep my car for a long time. Finally, he confirmed that my car's problem was really the newly installed transfer case was DEFECTIVE so he uninstalled it. I've contacted the vendor again requesting a refund and to return the transfer case since it was DEFECTIVE but until now, I have not heard from them. I've been waiting for their response for a month now.

It's been less than 2.8 years since I bought this unit for my Infiniti qx60 and it is already leaking from seams. This manufacturer is selling lemon units, I paid over $800 for this part then and spent $1400 installing it. I demand a full refund.. Please do not buy from them unless they own up to warranty and lemon units that fail less than 15000 miles in

This thing is a hunk of junk don't waste your money broke less than a year after installing save your money and go somewhere else

It was exactly the part we needed.

Part was good and quiet for about 2 weeks. Now It is loud when I drive from this transfer case…Pissed after paying over $700 for this part on top of paying the mechanic hundreds to put it on and days worth of work! What a waste!!!

Fit as advertised, I did a bunch of research and you should over fill the unit with fluid, many people have had them fail. I also had mine one fail after I did a fluid change as the dealer puts a few extra oz of fluid in. A number of people report pulling the fill plug a few oz of fluid comes out.

All 3 seals leaks, in 6 weeks i should get a refund
