A Problem-Solving Approach to Aquatic Chemistry

Great cushioning. A bit too snug
I've only worn the Asics Nimbus 23 for a few hours for walking and my toes went a bit numb so I loosened up the laces more which alleviated the numbness. I didn't have my laces tied super tight to begin with, but the shoe tongue's thickness may have contributed to the lack of circulation. I'm hoping that the shoes will fit just right once I break the shoes in a bit.I'm usually a size 7 in sandals/heels, and a 7.5 in shoes that require socks. I ordered this pair in all black. Upon closer inspection, it has some reflectors including ones with a holographic or dark iridescent effect. The shoe for the most part is comfortable. I do overpronate when running and in the past have used Asics Kayanos and other stability shoes, but I felt they forced my gait to underpronate as opposed to fixing my pronation. So, I'm giving neutral shoes a go and hoping my body adjusts. Once I attempt to jog in them, I may update my review. My suggestion would be to size up a half size more because of the snugness. However, I've done that in the past with a pair of Brooks and they ended up being a bit clunky or clumsy when I ran. Internally the shoes were comfortable but externally they were a bit chunky and I would have to be mindful with lifting up my feet more. Trying to avoid that. Hoping that as I attempt to lose weight that the Nimbus 23s will become just right.

Great Running Shoes!!!!
I have been wearing Aasics for years now between runs and walks. I feel like they are SO comfy and supportive. Running so many years knees can take a pounding and I feel they prevent that knee pain/injuries from sneaking up! I never pick them out for color or style but I will say I’ve gotten compliments on them! Great price for high quality sneaker!

Not exactly like the old Asics running shoes, but close
I am used to the pre-Covid Asics which, unfortunately, don't seem to be made anymore. At least I've not been able to find them - the sturdy, solid, supportive ones. Maybe they're the ones that cost $150, but they are not in the $80 price range. These Asics Gel Nimbus 23 are as close as I've come without spending more than $80. They're good walking shoes; I would not use them for running.

Best Tennis Shoes Ever
I had been wearing years-old tennis shoes and these felt like a cloud. Took away foot and knee pain after just a few hours of wear. They are comfortable and great for running and walking. I’ve been wearing them almost daily walking 3-5 miles daily since February and they are still fantastic. They never leave my feet in pain after a long day of walking. I am never getting any other sneakers.

Smaller than expected
I’ve been buying this brand for years and always need a size 9. This one felt like an 8 1/2 and I had to donate the shoes after wearing them 2-3 times. They were just smaller than expected. I still love the brand.

Order 1/2 to a full size larger!
These shoes are my go to but in the last several years the sizing, especially in the toe box area, has changed. As long as you order up in size these shoes are great. Walking or running on a cloud!

Love them, so comfortable
These sneakers are the best for anyone who needs ankle support. If you have orthodics you may want to order 1/2 size larger to fit better. They are excellent to avoid inversion and eversion. I purchased them last year due to peroneal tendonitis after googling. They were reviewed as excellent for ankle support. Most sneakers have a soft support for heal. These have heel support. I now have 3 pairs.
