I bought them for my 6 year old daughter, who suffers from leg aces at night. We have put them in her school shoes replacing insoles. I do think we have had a lot less leg ace, and she said her shoes are comfy, and doesn’t want to take them off when she gets home. Will continue to do this from now on.

These are brilliant for my grandson. This is about our 4th pair and they don’t wear out. Have to buy more when his feet grow! They have kept their shape perfectly. Highly recommended
