For such a compact piece of equipment, it delivers exceptional flow, mimicking natural ocean currents beautifully without overwhelming my smaller tank or its inhabitants.Pros:1. Compact Design: The small size is perfect for nano tanks, and it’s unobtrusive, blending seamlessly with the tank setup.2. Adjustable Flow: The adjustable flow settings are a standout feature, allowing me to tailor the water movement to the needs of my corals and fish.3. Quiet Operation: It runs almost silently, which is a huge bonus since my tank is in my living room. I barely notice it’s on.4. Very small and quiet, but started acting up and the impeller started shutting off after only two days of use.

I’m not sure where the bad reviews come from on this little wave maker! It is certainly not loud enough to be heard over anything else that’s currently running… Wave makers, hang on back filter, and protein Skimmer. The magnet was certainly plenty strong enough to hold on the glass of my 120 gallon tank. I Chose it due to its small size, and did not expect it to generate as much flow as it does. I actually had to turn it down a little bit, I bought it to add a little flow across my torch coral. I like this pump so much but I bought a second one. Definitely recommended for small areas, or tight areas to generate a little flow across the Top of the rocks if you need a pump that is small enough not to be seen.

Really good little pump I have the slw-3 on a 10 gallon NUVO and it is the perfect amount of flow. The only downsides is the pump is definitely audible sitting next to the tank and the pump is a little difficult to point in different directions but for the price and how compact it is I think it is well worth the money.

Gentle wave action or constant flow, and it’s very quiet.

I have used many Jebao products, and they are usually great. This is hard to program seems like no matter what I try to do it always just does the random mode. It works though and has been working for over 6 months.

We love this little wave maker! We currently have this in our 5 gallon kitchen tank and it's more than adequate. It's smaller than we expected -- we don't own any AI Neros, but we assumed it would be the size of a Nero 3.. it's like micro-sized! It comes with your typical Jebao style controller. It's doing a great job in the tank thus far. We're huge fans (pun intended) of Jebao products and have been using them for close to a decade. We've rarely had one of them fail on us, and we're looking forward to the SLW-3 moving water for us in our smallest tank for years to come.

I ordered two in November 2023 and one of them lasted a couple weeks then started flashing blue lights. The other one still works fine.Edit: both have now failed, second failed in February with the same issue.
