Used this on the plane when traveling. It takes 5 puffs to inflate and you get to easily rest your head and just sleep. It was so nice no neck pain! I opened it at home before traveling to air out for any plastic smells. Highly recommend.

I bought this for a transatlantic flight and it just barely fit on my tray table. It also kept deflating on me slowly. I should have aired it out first I suppose cause the plastic smell was overwhelming. Waste of a purchase.

With the newer items we've been seeing having self-inflating cushions, mattresses and pillows, I'd hoped this would be like that. It wasn't. And now, looking back over the literature, they did say you'd have to direct air into the hole. I just misunderstood. You need to blow this up. It doesn't take too long.It is perfect for my mother, who for some reason likes to lean over too far and is always risking digestive problems. I use this to correct her posture when she wants to lean forward. It just keeps her from going too far.She says it is good for her.Bottom line: Would I order again? Yes. Would I gift? Yes. I think this is a great household gift.

We bought these for an overseas flight thinking it would be a comfortable way to sleep. They would be great if they were a bit taller, as our necks were very bent over in order for our faces to meet the pillow and it was extremely uncomfortable. We didn't use them on the way back, as it was more comfortable to use the pillow they gave us on the plane. Only plus side was they were very easy to inflate and deflate. A tad bit bulky to carry around and difficult to package back into the carrying bag.

Our child was traveling to Australia and wanted a way to sleep comfortably in coach seating. She said this pillow was comfortable and allowed her to sleep much more comfortable than just a simple neck pillow. Her only complaint was she was cold because air could flow freely under her as she leaned on it. But she said realistically, she couldn't imagine it could get any more comfortable without flying in a higher-class seat.

First of all, the design of the product is amazing. However, just on the second time usage the product failed miserably, i pirchased it in March 2024. The product was getting deflated automatically.I love the concept and design , I do not want a refund, but the product needs to be replaced. I am agreeable for purchasing a premium version also if it's longevity is better.
