Great When Needed
I'm not an avid melatonin user, but these have been great and don't make me feel groggy when I do feel the need to use them!

TASTE GREAT
I have a really hard time falling to sleep at night. I was skeptical when I got these. They seem to help calm me down and help me fall to sleep faster than normal

Taste awful and don’t work
I had to plug my nose to get these down and the after taste is not good. I’ve used them for several nights and I haven’t noticed a difference. Too bad I can’t return them
