A little tight around the legs so do choose a slightly larger size unless you are very skinny! The elastic can absorb moisture and wick it out but this is normal with these products.

I bought a large size (L) for an elderly patient. It was too big (XXL) and could not be used. It would be nice if there is an option for exchanging it for a small size one.The material seemed good, only the size is too big, that is why 1 star deducted. (I think it allows room for very thick diapers/pants etc,)

Didn't work it soaked right through, flimsy material, I would never buy again the price is not worth it at all!

Most surprised with the quality not the cheapest you can buy but worth the extra money much nicer to wear as the material is softer and does not feel like you are wearing plastic pants the elasticated waist and legs don’t feel uncomfortable and keep you dry,sizing wise they come up fairly generous but the fit is fine for day use under briefs or through the night on there own with a pad will certainly buy again

THE TOWEL LINER PROTRUDES SLIGHTLY THROUGH THE GUSSET AREA &, I HAD A FEW LEAKAGE MISHAPS 😞. WELL, NOT ANYMORE 😃, THESE PANTS NOW COVER ALL MY PAD & INSERTS 👌 &, I'VE HAD NO MORE UNPLEASANT LEAKS TOO ☺.I'M 58 &, I COME FROM THAT ERA OF "TOWEL NAPPIES & PLASTIC PANTS", THEY DID THE JOB THEN & NOWADAYS THEY ARE STILL DOING A GOOD JOB (FOR US ADULTS THAT REQUIRE THEM).

These were purchased for my mother with continence problems - I had thought that there was some kind of absorbent interior. The texture is soft, but would need to be worn over another pair of pants - much too cumbersome. They could not be returned, so as they were quite expensive for what they were, they have been put away for emergency use only.
