These are great cups, ice stays a long time and even after it melts liquid stays cold.

Update! The amazing Arctic Tumblers customer service team worked with me to resolve the situation and I'm extremely pleased with the product. My drink stayed icy cold overnight...not just cool or chilled. Icy. As in there were still ice cubes after 10 hours. Changing from a 2 Star review to a 5 Star review. Unfortunately, the tumbler did not keep iced drinks cold for the advertised 24 hours. Iced water, in air conditioned environment, didn't last 6 hours. Two stars for the lid design, straw, and straw cleaner, but the product was a disappointment.

Great cup, keeps drinks cold for hours and hours! Especially ice! Don't know about hot beverages, I don't drink coffee, but would definitely recommend for cold drinks and ice retention!

My fave brand and go to for steel cups. Love that the straw is also steel and not plastic. Keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. No sweating. 10/10 would always buy this brand. Save the extra straw holder that comes with it. You'll need it in a year or two. The fact they provide it is a super bonus!

I have to think it’s as good as it gets for this type product, and it came with stainless steel straws with cleaning brushes lids well packaged, nice looking. Just what we wanted, but much cheaper than the big Y.

I have had yeti tumblers, and the beast and it keeps my drinks cold or sometimes well over 24 hours. There will still be ice in it, not with the Arctic tumblers. I put ice in it overnight on my nightstand to have ice water and by morning, the ice is all melted And the liquid is barely cold. I have not tried it for hot stuff.
