Pathetic scrap laptop
When the laptop was delivered, we took a week time to install the required softwares and during that time, I have realised the screen brightness is very less, despite keeping it 100%, nothing is visible in command prompt mode, the camara is pathetic, it's blur vision like 0.3 camara and worst part was after installing the softwares it works dead slow. The configuration looks great on paper but it's heavyly repaired and looks like cheap assembled laptop.I tried to return but it's not available. They trapped me and sold a scrap for which I paid 29000 rupees. When u try calling the company customer care no one pics up the call and Amazon will only give u the phone number to reach them, that's all the support they offers.Its a scam by newjaisa seller.

The product was in good condition , i really couldn't find any scratches except for the fact that I bought this computer refurbished and that is how i knew that this was a used computer, as such the computer looked almost new to me. The startup process was smooth and hassle free, config as described in the products page when i selected the computer online, so excellent. Great product at such wonderful prices..

All good but battery backup is bad only 1hrs in full charge
Laptop looking condition is superb and performance also nice but battery backup is bad it's upto 1 hrs in full charge.
