Arrived with a dent
Lovely mailbox but it came with a dent on the very top left. I'm not returning as it's to much trouble. I'll try to smooth the dent out, I assumed that the mailbox would be heavy duty but it's not. It didn't come with screws for installation.

Just right
Didn't want the typical mailbox on the house. Loved the design of this one and it reminded me of the one my grandmother had at her house. Easy to install.

Poor quality finish.
When I took the mailbox out of the packing box, the finish was showing bare spots, almost down to the bare metal. I could repaint it, but I don't feel that I should have to. Very disappointed as this was to be a gift. Will be returning, don't waste your money on this box.
