This oil is my secret to healthy, youthful skin as a woman in late perimenopause! I found it looking for an alternative to estrogen face creams of which I tried a few but did not like the smell or absorption factor of. I'm on my 3rd bottle of estriolle. It's said to be the safest form of estrogen and seems to work well for me. I had a full hysterectomy 20 years ago so have to take estrogen. It took a month or two for my body to adjust to it as I had been taking estrodial (small blue pill) and before that a bio identical prescription which I like but it became way too expensive. I like that its in coconut oil and not a cream as you never know whats in a cream. The bottle comes with detailed instructions and also contact information if you have questions. This stuff worked great for the dryness. It doesn't seem to be the same. I was only needing a tiny bit. But now I use it twice a day. It's probably me.
