The media could not be loaded. The top glass was broken. Even though I got replacement option upto December 16th I don't want it since the mistake was from my side. So I want to get a new black cap with the LED display. If it's affordable I can buy and use it.That is I have made an enquiry with you. Kindly reply.

I recently purchased the Water Bottle, and I am extremely disappointed. Despite its promising claims of durability and rust resistance, the bottle began showing significant rusting within just two months of use. This is concerning as it now poses potential health risks, making it unsafe to use. The rust has not only affected its appearance but has also compromised its functionality. I expected a high-quality product, especially given the price, but unfortunately, it has not lived up to its claims. I would not recommend this water bottle due to its poor durability and safety issues.

Looks good and sturdy. Responds to touch 1 out of 7-8 times and shows some random temperature.Testing it out for 12 hours claim with cold water. Will update review once done.However, having said all this - this same stuff is available on footpaths from local vendor for half the price here. However, bought this here for double the price because everything has different qualities and I'm not sure what the quality of this is or how better (or worse) it is compared to what I can get on the footpaths.Let's see. Not happy with the touch on day 1 though.Day 2:Water doesn't remain cold..Touch works only at one particular spot.Shows room temperature and not of liquid inside.Returning.

The replacement policy also not great. U give them back product without a refund then when they receive they will send new one. No guarantee they send the same one refurbished. Temperature display don’t workIt’s been more than a week the wrong product is picked up still no replacement and refund. Also forgot to add it’s only 400ml not 500ml.

The sensor was not working and we wanted pink but it was blue! Daughter disappointed 😢

Tho this is actually bigger than I thought.The temperature display feature is really worth the price. Now I don’t need to be scared whenever I take a sip since I now know exactly what to expect.Also, this does keep your drinks hot for quite a long time. That is, if the temperature is high to begin with. I haven’t tried with cold drinks yet, but usually with these type of things, cold drinks last even longer than hot ones.Overall a really nice purchase!
