Lovely memory book as described and shown in the pictures. However, the only disappointment was the front cover which was NOT raised as someone mentioned in their review, hence the removal of a star - yes, the crystals on the front are there, but the image presents the idea that the cover is textured with felt-type fabric flowers and it isn't, the cover is just a flat picture print on paper. Nevertheless, it's a nice book which compares very well with others for sale on this site and I have purchased this one and a different one recently. Both are recommended.

I paid extra (almost as much as the item itself) for the book to be delivered next day, but that is because of my previous experience with Royal Mail's dubious reliability and the closeness of the upcoming funeral. However, I am pleased to say it arrived the next day and in good condition. The box the book arrived in is just a box with a picture of the book on it, rather than a presentation box, but it will give some protection to the book from dust and damage.The book is pretty and bright and the front cover has little gemstones embellishing some of the flowers. However, the decoration is subtle enough for a book of remembrance at a sombre occasion. Although it is a sad occasion, I want to encourage happy and fun memories of the deceased and hopefully this book will inspire a lighter mood.

I bought this memorial book to place on a table next to a photograph of my mum at the wake after her funeral service. I didn't want to have a dull, plain condolence book so this was perfect, my mum would have liked the delicate, feminine design and it was exactly as described by the seller. Everybody commented on what a nice idea it was and what a lovely design the book had and more people wrote in it than I expected. Now I have something special I can keep forever and read when I miss my mum. Very happy customer, I'm glad I made this purchase.

It was a lovely book, however it could be improved by having friends and family headings on different pages, maybe family at the front and friends behind.

I was expecting something a bit bigger. The design on the front is nice but the inside is very simple. not much of a keep sake.

This was a lovely pretty book of condolence. Plenty of space for writing and much better than the black bound ones. My husband loved his garden so this was particularly apt. Arrived very quickly
