Helped my digestive health
Got me back on track. The fiber seemed to work actually pretty fast, like couple of days. Dissolve easily. Pleasant tasting, like Orange Tang. Good value at around 20 cents a serving.

Easy way to get fiber
I would recommend this product. It taste good and helped me. I use it when needed. Just scoop in a drink and mix very easy to use.

THIS IS BETTER THAN THE WALMART EQUATE EQUIVALENT, WHICH HAS SOME COLORED PIECES IN IT. THE ORANGE AFTER TASTE IS LIKE TANG. I THINK THIS IS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY. IT NEEDS TO BE THOROUGHLY MIXED AND DRUNK RIGHT AWAY TO PREVENT IT CLUMPING IN THE GLASS. THOROUGHLY RINSE THE GLASS AFTERWARD RIGHT AWAY.

I love this stuff! And this is a BIG jug of it!
Because of the medicine I take I need extra fiber in my diet and this stuff is perfect! It melts into water so easily and tastes pretty good. I never dread having to drink this. Sometimes it does get clumpy but that’s mostly my bad stirring. This is a huge jug that’s 3 lbs and I hope will last me for a long time. In my experience there’s no big difference between the sugar and sugar free. Both are good.

Best amount for $. Lasting a long time. Tastes good, like Tang kind of. Great way to get fiber if you don’t eat a lot of vegetables. I tried the Metamucil cookies and I prefer this.
