I wore this under a big poofy ball gown with a tight corset bodice purchased from Amazon and it was perfect (also reviewed -- 5 stars!)! This was big enough to give volume to the dress, but pliable and manageable enough to use the ladies room alone and to easily repack in its shipping bag and squish into a checked bag to fly (although it will take up a lot of room -- even squished). I'd read so many petticoat reviews that complained about quality. I wore this all day and night -- and wore it hard -- and it held up perfectly. It was comfortable and did exactly what I expected, and needed, it to do.I'm a bigger girl and had no fit problems, while many reviews for standard petticoats had complaints about the waist being too small/tight. This product didn't have many reviews, but I gave it a try, with fingers crossed, and am so happy I did! If you need some volume under your dress, don' think twice about buying this. This was as expected, very plus size friendly. I'm 225 and it fit perfectly with room to spare, quality was so nice. It was light weight as well. It looks great with my dress. No scratchiness

Worked perfect with my gown! Kept its shape and made my dress pouf out perfectly. To anyone who said it was itchy they didn't wear it correctly. Your supposed to turn it inside out and the soft part is the short is supposed to be on the inside and the stiff part in the outside. I wonder how they got the proper shape when they didn't wear it right. But please, remember to turn it inside out which is the couch way.I loved it very much. I'm 5'7" and it didn't drag and sat at my natural waist. It also has a drawstring so you can adjust fit. Get this for your gown, cosplay or costume. It won't disappoint

The ONLY reason I give this four stars is because I can’t wear it without leggings or else it’s super itchy.It is present in the above image under all of those skirts! I promise!It’s been a staple in my renn fest garb since I got it and it’s been holding strong. Honestly the longevity of it is impressive, especially for the price.It’s got Velcro and a tie so you can adjust the fit to your needs. I’ve gained and lost weight and still been able to use it!It gives a good amount of “fluff” to the skirt without making it overwhelmingly wide.I’d definitely recommend… just with a pair of leggings as well!

It did the job and saved me from having to have my wedding dress altered. It was a little loose but there is a draw string and it Velcro’s.
