Great helmet. Fit and adjustment is top-notch. The aesthetic is better than most I've seen. My son said that there is good airflow and that he doesn't get sweaty. The shape and form seems to provide ample protection. It fits in a lockable saddle bag that we bought with the helmet, which is good for security. I'm very happy with the purchase.

My wife and I each have a Smith Dispatch E-bike helmet that we really like. They are comfortable, light and have a good selection of colors and sizes to choose from. These are very well constructed helmets that are E-bike rated to NTA-8776 and MIPS equipped which make them a perfect choice for E-bike riders. The integrated rechargeable light is great for increased visibility while riding. I would definitely purchase the Dispatch helmet again and recommend it for other E-bike riders to consider when looking for helmets.

It's a great helmet. I've used it several times now and it is quite comfortable; even for extended periods of time. However, the description indicated that the helmet had a red safety light on the back. The helmet I received did not have such a light; either on the helmet nor in the packaging. Also, it would be nice if some kind of a face shield was available. Still, I'm keeping it. UPDATE: It has been two months now since I left my initial review, and the sell has not reached out to me about the missing rear light that was supposed to be included.

Awesome fit every time no matter how I style my hair for the day. I’ve ran into a tree and slipped on a hill not knowing the grass was wet and it’s still solid and I have no concussions that I’m aware off lol

Just as you would expect. This is a top of the line in quality and construction. Using their size guide, it's a perfect snug fit. Very light and comfortable. Cool on the head with nice ventilation. Love the easy snap chin strap. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend for the serious riding.

Great & lightweight

I was happy to find this helmet since I've been looking for one that has both MIPS and is NTA 8776 certified. I liked the color and was overall pleased with the fit, adjustability, and fidlock strap buckle but ended up returning it because it was missing the light that was supposed to be included. I have seen other reviews that also state the rear light was missing so this seems to be a consistent issue. Also, it does not appear to be included in the Virginia Tech helmet ratings so I'd like to try to find something that is included in those ratings.
