Wheel broke in a month-but customer service is amazing
Edit: after leaving my review i was contacted by customer support and received a full refund. I like this chair. I find it comfy and love how the arms move. But a wheel broke off and now it tips. Just past the return time frame. Not sure how to contact customer support.

easy to assemble!
This chair is comfortable! The chair arrived in a well-packaged box (and smaller than I think, well easy to handle) and was easy to assemble, taking only about 20 minutes. The chair has a sleek and modern design that looks great in my home office. The seat and backrest are made from high-quality materials that feel durable and supportive. The adjustable lumbar support and the adjustable armrests are great, making it easy to find the perfect level of comfort and support for my body. Just one suggestion: hope the wheels can be more smooth.

The lift rod support was defective and caused all kinds of problems!
When I inserted the lift rod into the bracket the rod was slightly crooked - I immediately tried to remove the rod but could not get it loose. Realize, I've replaced multiple chair lift rods in the past, so I know what I'm doing (it isn't rocket science.) It took well over 2 hours to finally get the rod out of the receiving mechanism. Using a pipe wrench (I have 2 different sizes) they did not rotate the rod - the lift rod did not budge. All the pipe wrench did was chew up the piston rod. I took the mechanism off of the chair and bolted it to wood, so I could get some leverage and not damage the chair's cushion. Continuing to use the pipe wrench, it eventually split the wood and STILL rod would not come out of the mechanism. I used penetrating oil - didn't work, heated it with a propane torch - didn't work, brute strength with a pipe wrench - didn't work - it STILL wouldn't budge. I couldn't believe it wasn't coming loose but I was determined to get it apart. Since the lift rod was already ruined, I decided to cut the rod off and then use a jigsaw to cut through the side of the open rod so I could peel it out. I came to find out the seat mechanism was scored inside, and it had cut itself into the lift rod's metal - there was no way rotating it would have ever allowed it to come out. I had a spare lift rod, so I smoothed out the seat mechanism with a rotary tool and put in the new lift rod - no problems. This literally took almost three hours just to put together a simple chair that should have taken no more than 20 minutes to assemble. Given the poor machining of the parts and all the problems I had, I CANNOT RECOMMEND this chair. ***UPDATE*** Seller reached out and really stepped up to take care of my concerns. Given their response and customer service, the rating has been changed to 4 stars!

Nice chair for home office. Easy to install. The lumbar support works well.
I purchased this chair for my home office. The installation was not bad. It took me about 30 minutes to install. All necessary tools for installation are included in the package. The chair has many parts which are adjustable. Could adjust up and down, left and right. The arms, lumbar and head support are all adjustable. The wheels are flexible too. I like the lumbar support, which helps support my back well. Additionally, I like the white color, which looks very nice. There are white covers for all screws. So I won't see any screws from outside. Overall, this chair is a good investment for me.

Broke within 6 months.
The plywood seat on my chair snapped and almost threw my to the floor. It’s completely in-usable at this point. I want to have it replaced but can’t find vendor support number. Amazon makes this a long and confusing process. It was a pretty good chair comfort wise but now it’s junk.

Uncomfortable to sit in after few months
Assembly: The chair was easy to assemble following their instruction sheet. Had it set up in under an hour. I had some trouble with one of the screws/bolts (not sure what its called) that attach the to the bottom of the seat but I was able to use enough force to tighten it securely. Chair review: The chair looks nice but unfortunately it is uncomfortable to sit in just 4 months after purchasing. The padding on the seat seems to have flattened after a few months of usage. I can feel the material (wood?) under the padding after sitting on this chair for more than a few minutes. I have to place a pillow to help soften pain. I purchased this chair because of the claims that it had a weight capacity well over my personal weight. I can't recommend you buying this chair if you need something you can sit in comfortably for a few hours a day.

Had problems with the headrest attachment, but my hubby will be able to get it attached if i decide that I need it. I chose to purchase castor wheels for it instead of the wheels that came with, which I highly recommend, otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing, best computer chair I’ve owned.

Just got the chair in today and it took approx 15min to setup. Look at the video on the item's and the rest will be a snap. I am approx 350lbs so I needed something comfortable and that could support my weight. The seat is wide and feel good. Could use a little more padding IMO. The arm rest's have enough space between them, so don't feel cramped or trapped in it lol. The one thing I dislike, and that's pretty much on all these ergonomic chairs is that you cannot adjust the upper part of the back rest. So when sitting down, your tilted back so I tend to lean forward, at this price tag, that option would have been a huge plus. I'll update the review after I put 6 months into it, or less depending on how it holds up.

I purchased this chair under the assumption it would be for my tall, wide shouldered husband. We assembled the chair fine, but we could already tell the materials were cheap during assembly. The cushioning on the bottom seat is the most uncomfortable, cheap foam you could imagine, offering zero support to your butt. The lumbar support in the back of the chair is designed for someone very short, as anyone that is over 6ft will have absolutely zero benefit from it as its just pushing into your tailbone, making the chair basically unusable. The width of the backrest is designed for a small man or a woman, being way too skinny for a wide shoulders "big/tall" individual, it will be pushing into your sides/shoulders, extremely uncomfortable. Reached out their customer support, nothing. Amazon returns also being extremely unhelpful in this manner. Will not be purchasing anymore chairs online - you get what you pay for! JUNK!
