I ordered these labels solely because of the facility to record the items scanning the bar code. However the App does not work. Cannot report issue to company. Although the labels can be used to write on, without the App you cannot use the claims the company sells the productThe App is now working. Great little app keeps a record of what is in the storage location such as fridge or freezer. Facility for expiry dates. Labels are now worth getting. Highly recommended

Fantastic idea - I'm always losing track of what's in the freezer or how long it's been there, so was excited to get my frozen good back under control. Initially very happy - the stickers themselves are excellent quality, stick well and can be peeled off and reused.The app, however, is a major letdown. After diligently logging every item in my freezer, including expiry date and exactly which drawer of the freezer it's in, the app no longer works.No response from the app creator via the Google play store (in fact I received an undeliverable email reply), no response on XupZip FB page. The stickers are pointless without the app.Very disappointing - would have been 5 stars with fully functional app.

This product is a great idea and seems to partially work on the app except that I do not receive any notifications with expiring produce, I have emailed the company twice asking for help but no reply.

The idea is so simple yet so useful, esp. if you also have the app! They're easy to write on and they stick very well on most materials. Love that it's also waterproof. Will definitely buy again when I run out

Unfortunately it is let down by its app. The labels are Avery labels so good quality however the app is unusable. Worked great at first but after a few days my data disappeared. Signed out and couldn’t sign in again so uninstalled and reinstalled the app but when opening the app, it takes me to a YouTube video that is no longer working with no way to skip. The whole point of these labels were for the app. I will still continue to use these labels though as they are good but will have to keep manually checking the dates on them rather than seeing anything with the app. A real shame, such potential but let down by a really bad app…

Now I don't have to open the fridge and keep reading the items expiry dates anymore! Really help getting on top of my fridge and freezer shopping lists

This seemed like a great idea however after carefully adding all the details of things in my freezer and other storage I had labeled and detailed in order to organize everything all the data on the app went lost forever and I am back to the fun game of freezer surprise for dinners

I work with Adults with Autism. I purchased these to try help food wastage, increase food safety awareness and to help through assisted technology to know when it's time to dispose of food thats reached its use by date! What a very clever product!!
