LED Glow in The Dark Pet Dog Leash (Green)

I live in a large city and there are constantly bikes, scooters and joggers that don't really pay much attention to a dog. A dog's movements can often be quick due to any type of distraction. This leash is blue and also has a blinky function. I just got it yesterday and had 3 people on the night walk give me compliments on it. I barely noticed the battery pack was there! I have a 75 lb. Lab so I probably wouldn't use it all the time since it is not very think. It reminds me of a thin jump rope material. I bought it for the light up feature at night and I am very happy with it. I hope this allows the bikes, scooters and runners to stop saying they didn't see my dog. No more excuses!! I am very pleased with this leash and will probably by another one. I told my dog walker about it so he is going to get some also. Thank you for the great product!

I bought two of these at Costco last year since I have 2 black dogs and then a friend gifted two to me in January, 2019. They work well for a while and then they only lit up at the end closest to the battery pack. When the first two dimmed, I figured it was batteries and opened up the two new ones and used those for the remainder of the winter. When I changed batteries out this year, I was dismayed that they didn't work but figured the wiring may have gone bad, so I bought two more. The blue one currently works, but the green one (delivered yesterday) already has the same issue as the others. I performed surgery on one of the old ones and found that the small inner tube had snapped about an inch from the handle. (See photo) I can feel that the other 3 old leashes have the same issue and so does the new green leash. The blue one is currently working but I don't expect it to last all winter. The idea is great and when they work, they're very bright, but when 5 out of 6 have broken, I can't see buying any more, even at $12. Additionally, the fact that they package them very tightly probably contributes to the breaking of the inner tube.

I like the fact that the leash lights up. I feel safer taking my baby out after dusk using it. The handle is awkward to hold tho if your dog is a puller. Mine is not, but she walks slowly so the longer length of leash drags and goes under let legs. The handle is too big and hard plastic to wrap around like I do with her regular leash. Its me though, not the leash that's uncoordinated.

Love to walk my dog at dusk, its much cooler in the summer.. I have had two of these leashes. First one quit working because I walked a neighbors big dog that pulled to hard. must have separated the wire.. The second one that I purchased I walk my 10 pound terrier. Works well. Also bought one for my sister in law to walk her terrier. We both really like them. Very noticeable in the dark.

This is my 3rd one. They are great for walking the dog when dark. But the 2nd one only worked for 3 uses. The dog did tug/pull maybe pulled something loose or it was defective. My fault in the drawer too long/too late to return.The 1st one lasted a long time and the 3rd one seems fine.

I bought it in September and didn't start using it until December and as of February 2, 2021 it doesn't light up anymore. I changed the batteries and that didn't help. So I used it for 2 months and it died. Don't buy this junk.

I was so excited to receive this in the mail a few weeks ago but waited to try it out before writing a review. This is such a fantastic product. I love the fact that it makes me and my small dog more visible on our dark street at night. I've literally had people come up almost every night I've used it asking me where I got it. Its nice and bright and thus far has not dimmed at all. I've tried other products (reflective collars and collar lights) but this is much more visible and doesn't involve having to put on anything extra for our night time walks. Its a little more pricey than other leashes but definitely worth it. I've already bought a couple more for my dog loving friends.

This leash gives off a lot of light at first but it has waned over time. I have had it for less than a month and it is no longer as bright except at the top and bottom of the leash. I tried changing the batteries and that did not make any difference.

This is a good, sturdy leash but not as long as I would like, prefer 6 feet. But I like the 2 light settings, just in case I need the blinking green. Would recommend.

My little dog is the colour of wet cement so visibility at night is important !This leash lights up very brightly. It’s long enough that Zoey doesn’t feel restricted and everyone asks where I got it.It’s really cute as well as functional

Said leash was good for large dogs, my shepherd weighs about 90 pounds...the led strand broke nearest the handle .

My family and their Westie live it. I haven’t used it myself but it seems great
