The shipment was delivered on time, the box was intact1. Loud vent complaints: This is model ME11A7710DG, with 550 CFM (cubic feet per minute) Hood Vent - max capacity on the market - exactly what I was looking for. I personally don't think it is loud, but I feel how it's powerful. If you need max vent, get this model. If you don't need a powerful vent, look for the model ME11A7510DG, which has max 400 CFM Hood Ventilation in the same form factor.2. My previous over the range microwave oven had a resistive touch buttons, which was the weakest link and couple of times required to replace the control panel. This appliance has a capacitive touchscreen, this should not wear down with time, just keep the surface clean.3. Accidental vent power on when opening the oven door complaints. This might happen when attempting to open the door by the lowest corner and pushing your thumb against the door itself. There is no need to use any lever (thumb), I found myself opening the door by pulling its' middle section.Overall I am very satisfied with this product: modern design, great look and function. We gained 6 inch in height over the range - great! 550 CFM is a powerful Vent!

UPDATE: After writing the first review I went to register the Microwave on Samsung website and it came up as Warranty ended over a year ago on the serial number! Awaiting reply from Interstate Appliance LLC as to what they are going to do since the appliance was already installed!UPDATE - New Samsung ME11A7710DG/AA at over $250 below all local places. The Seller - Interstate Appliance LLC did not sell me a NEW unit. It must have been a refurbished appliance and NOT NEW as when it was registered on the Samsung website is shows that the manufacture warranty ended a year before we purchased the unit! Amazon refused to provide any help other than to have the microwave removed and re-boxed and sent back. To install and remove the unit the cost would be $175. plus the cost of supplying the packaging material and the extended warranty that we purchased for the unit."Do Not deal with this seller" !!!!!

This thinner profile is attractive and the lights are bright and the fans are strong. I love the fact that it has no outside door handle, which is the part that broke on my last two microwaves. It’s easy to clean and roomy enough unless you’re cooking something in a tall container. We generally reheat a plate of food or heat vegetables and it is the perfect size for our needs, while allowing more space below for cooking on the stovetop with tall pots.

Contacted seller but did not receive documents. Product good vendor not so much.

I really liked the microwave and the seller shipped it fast, but it got damaged during shipping twice unfortunately. I think the way Samsung packages it is not very well. Would definitely buy this model from this store if I was closer.

Estoy feliz con mi microondas. Llego en la fecha indicada. Es súper espacioso. Igual al ilustrado. Lo único que no he podido registrarlo para la garantía.

Very disappointed with order. Had to return twice because we received with external damages.I would expected a brand new item when it was ordered as new. But both the times we received with external damages and by packaging it looked it it was tried before.

Difficult installation, great power, great performance, fan is a little noisy but does a good job. Very heavy.
