Bought this large quantity for dollar ratio/value. Hard for me to understand how something can be saturated-fat if liquified at room temp. After Research, I realize it is strictly a matter of molecular structure. If your goal is MCT, choose MCT. If you have use for this product, it is great quality. Good luck w/ your choice. OMG! Love this stuff! Bought this for my hair and my dogs’ skin, but we’ve ended up eating more of it than I’d like to admit. It is so delicious! I’ve put it on bread, used it in stir fry and am planning on using it in baking. For the dogs, I started slowly and have given them a spoonful mixed with their dry food 2-3 a week. Our cat likes to lick it off the dogs’ bowls and I may start giving him a little bit to help with his hairballs. Even our pet rat seems to like it with his Cheerios! The coco oil also helps keep my hair and skin moisturized and smelling delicious lol.
