...and just like new.
The Spoon tends to require lubing very frequently in the wet. I stripped the spindle thread so I had to do an overhaul or get new pedals. The overhaul was easy and everything fits perfectly. The old bearing came out easily but the big challenge was getting the old bushing out - which I couldn't. So, I did the whole thing without replacing the bushings. I may need a tool for that. Next time.

Easy install, fit great
Nice 10 minute job to breathe some new life into 100 dollar pedals. You'll need a good 10mm box wrench because the nut is soft and easy to round and a 8mm hex. I didn't even need to take the pedals off the bike

ステンのワッシャーが壊れやすいので注意が必要。締め込み過ぎるとすぐ曲がりブッシュを傷つけます。買ってすぐやっちまいましたが・・・でも、アフターパーツとしてあってよかったです。
