i had my doubts before ordering this products because of some of the reviews, i was choosing between this and another product from the same GinzaTravel brand. Im very happy with my choice because the bag is very well built and has good quality. feels very sturdy and looks really nice.

The media could not be loaded. I've just received 20" & 28" separately (no idea why they aren't sold as a set as I'm still currently waiting for my 24" to be delivered.) I can't wait to use them because they appear to be quite durable, great colors (I wanted the gold but got the green instead because no sizes were available in gold), the wheels spin well, it's solid in weight, fits standard travel sizes and the inner organizers & outter shell covers are great additions. There's a protective film that's on all the cases that you can choose to take off or leave on but much like my devices I always remove them. Additionally, if anyone else had a hard time figuring out how to set their personalized 3 digit locking code just refer to my last photo which shows the instructions on the inner lining of the lock itself. Just swipe left to SET, close your case and put your new desired code then reopen and swipe right to OFF and boom you're done. It took me 2 days to figure that equation out bcus the instructions are in Chinese.

I took this impressive looking Ginza Travel 20 in. carry on to Orlando for five days. I have used my tool bag as carry-on luggage before after dumping my tools in a pile on the garage floor. Real luggage looks much nicer. I prefer to not have any checked luggage if I can get away with it so 20 in. is perfect for my travel routine.
