This French Bagutte Style tin is made from Carbon Steel with a Dual Layer Non Stick, and is suitable for Frequent Use. The Micro Perforated Surface allows the correct Aeration necessary to achieve the correct moisture ratio for crust depth, colour and finish, so you can make authentic Bread Sticks. We have shortened the length just slightly by 1½ Inches from the commercial version to ensure it will fit into a Standard Width Domestic Oven, If you have slide rails in your oven it may be possible to slide the tray in on the rails unsupported, For maximum even-ness of the Aeration , but if not it will sit on a shelf, in any Standard Oven, Pre-heating with a water tray at the bottom also helps achieve variation in Colour, Crust Depth Texture and Density.
