JOYOUNG 1200ml Food Blender, White, 8 Functions, Quick Vegan Milk in 3 Minutes

The machine was broken after 6 months of regular usage. Then I sent it back for manufacturing inspection and repair. 3 months past, no one got back to me. I tried message the seller on Amazon or even their social media account. None of them responded. I spent 400$ on this machine, and got nothing now…This is the most frustrating experience I ever had in Amazon. I would highly recommend not trusting this brand and buying from this seller.

Machine stopped working on 5th use. It cannot detect glass jar even it's aligned.contacted joyoung customer sevice and NO RESPOND for 1 month!!

This is the SECOND Joyoung blender that BROKE on me! The first one began leaking within the first couple of weeks. When I say 'leaking", we're talking creating a substantial PUDDLE around the base EVERY time I used it. Then, I would have to mop up the counter and floor!The company took a LONG time believing my experience having me send multiple videos and photos to prove it was defective. They sent another to replace it."Ahhhhhh! " I thought, " This will be great!"No sooner did I use the new one for a month, did the internal, rotating valve light went on, and it froze stating it was "out of order", never to work again!I called and emailed the company. NO REPLY!So, if you do not want any headaches in your life, stay away from this blender!
