RECIPE OF TANDOORI CHICKENIngredients: 1 whole chicken (can be cut into pieces); 1/3 cup unsweetened yogurt; 1 tsp olive oil; 1 tsp lemon juice; 1 to 2 tsp Leena Tandoori Masala; salt and pepper to taste.Method: 1) Preheat oven to 180C to 190C or 350F to 375F. 2) Mix Leena Tandoori Masala, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and yoghurt together. 3) In a bowl, mix the prepared marinade with the chicken. Leave aside to marinate for 30 minutes. 4) Place the chicken in a roasting tray and cook in the oven for 40-50 minutes, until tender. 5) Garnish with lemon and serve with naan, roti, pita, salad, rice, bread or nan and chips.RECIPE OF CHICKEN TIKKAIngredients: √ 500g boneless chicken (cubed) √ 1 Tbsp lemon/lime juice √ 2.5 tsp Leena Tikka Masala √ 2 Tbsp unsweetened yogurt √ 2 tsp olive oil √ Salt to taste √ 4 to 5 skewers soaked in water.Method: 1) In a large bowl combine yogurt, lemon/lime juice, Leena Tikka Masala, salt and olive oil. 2) Add chicken pieces and mix well. 3) Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. (Optional for intense flavor). 4) Heat grill on high. 5) Thread chicken pieces onto skewers and discard the marinade. 6) Grill for about 10 minutes on both sides or until cooked to your liking. 7) Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with mint yogurt and naan. 8) Alternatively, you can use chicken with bones, paneer or any meat/vegetable desired.
