Careign 20oz mug, I bought this for my mum for mothers day as a small gift. She often goes to coffee shop when she works as shes on the road alot. She has taken this into various shop when purchasing her drink and no one has turned her away. The mug itself is really well made. It keeps the drink hot for a few hours while not getting so hot on the outside that your going to need to wear a glove in order to hold it. She hasn't tried it with ice cubes however, by the time summer comes that will no doubt change and while it does stay warm i would say it would stay just as cold as well for drinks like smoothies or ice tea etc. The colour of the mug is really nice and sparkly with the logo that stands out. I felt the size of the mug is a good size its very functional and well worth the value. It made a good little gift that will be used all the time. Overall A good mug, good value, made a good little gift.

Great product

Love the finish on this cup. The quality of the cup it's self is great, the accessories are good too the lid fits nice and tight with no leaks at all. Keeps your drink hot for a long time, and cold for even longer. Pop a ice cube or two in you nighttime drink and it will still be ice cold in the morning.

Brilliant mug Keeps liquids hot for a good few hours, I'd go as far as saying 3hrs. I've got two of the mugs purchased as gifts for me by my children. My only grip is the lids. The first mug came with a slidy bit to drink out of and a retaining leg broke off off of that slidy part. The 2nd mug came with a different lid that has a flip up bit to drink from but the two very small plastic pins that allow the flippy bit to pivot have already started to wear. However I have used my first mug ever day for a year before the slidy lid broke But the 2nd mug I've only been using for a few months and the flippy lid is already wearing out. The mug itself is brilliant and lid issues aside I'd give it 5 stars but due to lid issues sadly only 4 stars. However, neither lid has leaked untill the slidy bit broke on the first mug because you can't seal it anymore. Definitely a good mug Lids are great until they break
