These tiles are great. I ordered 8 total boxes and they were very well packaged. Only a couple had slightly bent corners. They are incredibly easy to work with compared to the traditional ceiling tile material. So much less mess and dust. You can cut them with a straight edge and utility knife with ease. They are sturdier than their competitors on Amazon (I returned another brand). I recommend wearing gloves when you work with them and/or use the included paper. Any black ceiling tile you touch is going to get dust and particles on them. These do wipe off better than other brands too. Highly recommended. Also, going from a white ceiling to a black ceiling is the way to go!

Lightweight, no worries about asbestos, satisfied with product. Matches my other ceiling tile.

We bought them to replace a few damaged panels on our ceiling. They match well with the old discontinued panels with subtle design. They are thin but look sturdy and easy to cut, resize and install. Wish they were a little less expensive so we could replace all our panels.

We bought these ceiling tiles for our basement apartment not realizing they were flat and smooth, unlike the more classic, textured ceiling tiles we had. But these are so much better. They look cleaner, more classy and very white. I Love the smooth texture & my boyfriend said they were easier to install and cut if needed than the older ones we had. Very durable. Little pricy but worth it. Thinner than traditional ceiling tiles

Used this product to replace existing fiberboard tiles. The product is of very good quality and the dimensions are true. It fit nicely in the existing grid. Very easy to cut

We were excited to get these tiles but turned out to be a bust. First how they were packaged and barely taped was the first problem and lies with GIGRWIIN. The 2nd and worst part of the problem was either shipping with FedEx or FedEx perhaps contracting with another party, but the tiles were damaged in both boxes. The worst box obviously came open and the tiles were run over by a hand truck (you could see the wheel marks), full of soot of some sort, black fingerprints, broken tiles, footprints. We could not believe if a box opened up and contents spilled someone would haphazardly seal the box back up for future delivery. Both boxes were returned. Not a good experience at all.

I ordered these tiles to complete our basement ceiling. They arrived in good condition and were easy to install. I will be ordering more in the future!
