As an under eye concealer this is ok. It covers reasonably well, and with well timed subsequent applications a medium level of coverage can be achieved without caking. That said, the consistency isn't much different to L'Oreal's True Match foundation which led me to wonder if the same level of coverage could be achieved with simply building up foundation in a similar way, and once put to the test, there wasn't much difference. I can't vouch for the claim that the addition of caffeine reduces dark circles over time as 3 weeks in I'm not noticing any difference at all. Time will tell perhaps? Any attempts to create a high level coverage failed miserably and I just ended up highlighting every wrinkle or soon to be wrinkle in the eye area which looked worse than the dark circles I was trying to hide. T product just seemed to sit on the surface of my skin which was very visible where the skin creases. It definitely didn't hide or minimise any other blemish or skin inconsistency any better than foundation, no matter how many careful layers I tied to build.
