Good product, but..............
The iron is really good gets lovely and hot, the only downside is that it comes with an American plug and no adapter, so that adds extra money onto the price.

Listing not accurate.
The product was sold to a UK customer but it was not mentioned once on the listing/advertisement that it had a USA 2-pin plug. You need to buy additional item and carry additional item with you to be able to use it; a travel plug adapter. Also, the box was ripped and open. I paid £30 for this.
