Awful experience. Engraving on the item was not complete, the seller tried to claim it was fine in spite of clear photographic evidence to the contrary (and comparison with engraving preview image). Communicating with the seller was a nightmare, they didn't read messages properly and then ignored the resolution I proposed. I had to escalate with Amazon management to resolve.
