Ordered this after testing a few other similar products. Comes well packaged with long expiry date. Now for the pros and cons. Pros: Good packaging Nice taste No clumping and very easy dissolving Great results compared to other brands I've tried Cons: No scoop in the package If you are looking for pre/post workout carbs you can't go wrong with Carbo Nox, only thing I'd recommend is trying pinnaple taste instead of lemon since it's much better

I used this a couple of weeks ago for carb-loading before my marathon. I chanced on a YouTube video that said around 80% of marathoners reach the start line without enough fuel in their muscles to run a marathon and they recommended some generic carb-loading power. I found this powder in time for a 10:00 PM delivery, before my flight the next morning. I took a couple of doses per day in the two days before the marathon and a huge dose (4 scoops) a couple of hours before the race. Although I got tired towards the end, with it being a marathon and whatnot, I never reached the point of feeling completely depleted and hitting the wall. I felt pretty good, energy-wise, during the marathon itself. I'm really happy I found this in time as pre-race nerves and anxiety killed my appetite somewhat in the days before. It tastes nice too!

Ein sehr gut schmeckendes (bei Mischung 50g in 300 ml Wasser) und ebenfalls wirkungsvolles Kohlenhydratgemisch. Ich verwende es ausschließlich im sogenannten PostWorkOut-Shake nach dem Training in Verbindung mit Whey Protein.
