The product itself its fine it had a little battery in it when it arrived so i thought i would try it out and it worked fine but it ran out of battery so i left it on charge for 3hrs as its recommended 2hrs and 30mins but its still not charged and im unable to use it. So tried to leave it on charge for longer which was 5 hours.. still not charged, waste of money very unhappy

It worked once and when it did it was really good but since even at full charge it won't turn on and blend

Product died after no more than 5 uses max. Good while it lasted but it seems like a cheap product to get hype and sold quick. Or I just got unlucky with a dodgy one

Product will not work or start I tried charging it and it's still will not work. Very disappointed as been seeing lots of videos on this and wanted one for my self

Brought for my daughters birthday and doesn't work returns window closed so stuck woth a useless bottle 🤷‍♀️

This item doesn’t charge properly. You have to hold the charging lead a certain way so that the item charges.

Item does not work, would advise buying from a different supplier. The bottom piece was never fitted and didn't connect properly

I have been charging it and I read all the instructions but the blue light just blinking and the mixer doesn’t start.
