Great Clipper For Adult or Baby Nails
Love these little clippers. Promoted as a baby item but as an adult I love their ease of use. Much smoother as cutting than my full size mail clippers.

A product I recommend.
After using the Frida nail clipper a few times, I prefer using this than regular baby nail clippers. I prefer it chipping off small pieces of baby's nail rather than the regular ones. I may not be able to see her nails through the hole it did not make me worry if I would cut off her skin. Which I've never had since using it. To me, the product is safe for my infant and will continue to use it. The filer is not bad. It does what it needs to do. This is definitely a product I would suggest to new moms or expecting mothers.

Great clippers
This is the best baby nail clippers ever. IT IS SO SHARP. Like cutting threw better. The front is also flat, so it makes it super early to get the nail between the clipper blades.

Buy it
Initially I didn’t really like it. There was a learning curve on how to use it (hehe). It works well but I feel like it looses its sharpness quickly so I have to keep ordering more. I like it better than my electric one though I feel like that one makes her nails sharper.Trim your babies nails with a small nail clipper and then use this file and their nails won’t be sharp for at least a day. Their nails grow so fast!

Wonderful
Omg, I was in doubt whether this would be good or not, I was afraid to cut my baby and I said well, it is expensive let me try it and surprise, this works more than perfect, my best purchase this year.

Very well made, but not as effective as I had hoped.
I bought this for my newborn second child, whose face was starting to get scratched by their sharp baby talons. I didn't want to use the adult nail clippers, as our pediatrician cautioned that it's very easy to over-clip newborn nails and cause bleeding. We had used FridaBaby's NoseFrida snot-sucker multiple times on our first child, so I willing to pay their relatively high price for a product from a company that makes high quality and effective products. The nail clipper and nail file feel very well made, the nail clipper especially. It's made of very solid materials, and the clipping movement feels very smooth and precise. I found the window was well placed and enabled me to see my newborn's nails easily as I attempted to clip them. However, after multiple attempts, I found that the clippers were just not working. The overlapping blades would just not cut my newborn's nails, I assume because baby's nails are so thin and flexible. The nail file did not seem to be very effective at filing my newborn's nails either. Perhaps FridaBaby uses a very fine grit for the file to prevent parents from hurting their child while grooming them, but I found that it took an unreasonable amount of time to file away the tiniest amount of my newborn's nails.Ultimately, I ended up (very carefully!) using my own nail clippers on my newborn, and all was well. I'm guessing the nail clipper will work better once my newborn's nails harden, so I'll try again then and update this review.

Perfect
Update:PRO TIP: it's important to face the correct direction while using these! I previously laid baby on changing table and tried cutting her nails while standing by her feet (the direction you'd normally change a baby). BUT, once I turned the other way, basically went on her side so I was facing the same direction, this worked WAY better. It's the direction you'd face if cutting your own nails. Baby was much easier to manage and this felt safer.Original review:These work amazing! I was able to cut all my baby's (6 week) nails while she was sleeping with only minimal flinching.I had previously bought an electric baby nail file that didn't really work, because I was scared to use nail clippers on baby. But these make it very safe. The peep hole, the unique curvature, and the way the clippers are positioned all made it very safe and painless for baby. Plus they just work very well at cutting baby's nails.Would recommend you get these right away!
