My son loves these sliders. Says they are the most comfortable around! He is tall and slender and they don't bunch up!

My son wears an AL in everything and they were too small. He is 6 ft 175lbs

Size runs small. My son is a medium to small in everything but couldn't fit in a medium of these shorts. He's a medium in under armor & nike.

The fit was great, shorts run true to size, and I have well above average support for sports and other physical activities. I'll be using them as compression shorts for playing basketball. This was a great bargain find for me. Excellent product at an excellent price. Definately met my needs. The cut, quality and feel of these is WAY better than I expected...they're really nice. extra layers of fabric to help protect against strawberries when sliding.

These are OK sliding shorts. But they are WAY TOO SMALL for adult sizing. I have a 33in waist...every other piece of baseball apparel I own is medium...pants, shorts, sliding shorts, etc. I purchased a LARGE and barely fit into these. Whatever size you normally are, go 2 sizes larger and you will be close to "your" actual fit.

No padding really

With the right padding in areas that protect certain movements and joints, this is definitely a pair that will be a part of my main gear. Even if you aren't playing in a community professional league, you can still benefit greatly from the design of these. I do enjoy having them over tighter underwear but these are certainly sufficient on its own. The pores do provide the aeration that you need to keep things flowing and dry.

When I ordered these, there were no reviews posted yet, so I had to just guess on what would be the correct size. Since I'm 5,10 165 28/30W I went with the size small like I usually order for athletic apparel - but that was way off! I play ball over at the local field with friends, and was looking forward to having the padding, but I couldn't even get the waistband over my thighs. After reading the other reviews posted recently, I see I'm not alone. Laying flat and unstretched, the waistband of the small measures about 10.5 inches - max-stretched, just under 15 inches.Size up! Possibly more than you'd expect.That said, this is the same company as my ball glove, and the quality is definitely there. The material is nice, the padding is good and in the right spots, and overall look to be very well made.If you can get the right size there's no doubt these would be great for playing ball. Four stars for quality, since I'm sure they'll get their sizing straightened out.
