This is the perfect food for small ponds particularly if covered by netting or similar as the disk floats on the surface making it equally attractive to birds or vermin if close to the side. Fish love this food and would prefer it too the flake or pellets if they can get it as it’s closer to thier natural diet. It’s almost like cat food in consistency. The quantity will keep a small school of goldfish happy for 5/6 days but for larger ponds more than one disk will be needed as they are quite small

Good price and fast delivery. Perfect for a weekend. Read the instructions though as it tells you how many of the little bars to leave in the tank depending on how many fish you have and how long you’re leaving them. Doesn’t discolour the water like the ‘chalky’ types do. Have bought several times and will buy again.

Item was delivered in ripped box, cello taped back together. Not sure if any feed sticks missing as it doesn’t state how many on packet. Think none missing.

I have had this products before from garden centres, it was good value and delivered quickly when bought from here over Amazon. It works well - I put 2 sticks in for 1-2 weeks holiday which seems to be fine for my one smallish fish in a pond.

My fish didn't touch it. It remained in the pond after a 7 day vacation.

These are small sticks of holiday food, which is good because you can control how many you put in the aquarium, depending on how long you will be away and the number and size of fishes you have. However, they are still messy when they break down or get eaten, and leave a lot of debris on the bottom of the tank. Your fish are very unlikely to go hungry if you use these, but there is a risk of pollution/dirty water. I think I will try a different brand next time.

these little fish food is excellent to drop in bowl the fish have enough food for a few days only which is great. does not make the water cloudy unless you forget to change the fish on your return !

Love these for going on vacation. I have a goldfish pond outside in the summer and these work great.
