Useful mat
This mat is rugged and works well on our (pretty thick) rug with a treadmill on top. Cleans well and stays in place.

Mat is tough.
I put this mat under a Nordictrack 1250. The installation tech told me that sometimes the mats tear under a heavy treadmill but I bought it because it was supposed to be a heavy duty mat. It didn't lie. It looks great and performs well. I recommend buying it.

Works great!
It is really sturdy and helps dampen noise. I can be at a speed of 3 on my walking pad without the ground rumbling. Perfect to help dampen noise in a condo setting. It was actually too long that I trimmed it with regular scissors and it looks great, no fraying! Utilized the cut portion for the garage to stop doors from dinging on the sides! 2 for 1 win!

Very Affordable
The treadmill does exactly what it claims it does. I am 61 years old and I purchased this for my office so I can walk throughout the day. It is very quiet and the handles are helpful for beginners. It is space saving and easy to fold up and put out of sight when not in use. It has 9 programmable speed functions which I have not tried yet. I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend to anyone who needs to get more walking in daily.

very thick. I hate the red on it, but it is not reversible. I just put my treadmill on top of the logo and called it good.
