Quality backpack for electronics
I had previously given this bag 5 stars because of the delivery time and quality but after only using it twice the handle has ripped off and is not easily fixed by a seamstress. I'm very disappointed by the quality of this bag and the unwilling customer support to have it replaced.

So Fresh And So Clean Clean
I love this backpack. It has a simplistic style to it that goes with anything. It's good for going to a casual college class, a business work environment, or whatever else. Feels very sturdy and protects my laptop better than anything I've ever found. That thing is sitting in a cloud in there. It looks small inside when you get it, but it seems to inexplicably hold an insane amount of stuff. I had a large briefcase before that was killing my shoulder, and when I got this backpack I thought there was no way I was fitting everything in it. Lo and behold, I fit everything and there's still room. Managed to keep it all organized in there, too, even after a month or so of use. It's comfortable, as well! I take it to work everyday now, and it was even good the day I rode a bike 14 miles to work and back. I absolutely recommend this backpack.

More than meets the eye
When I was browsing for a backpack I fell in love with this one as I find the design quite elegant and functional, the two main drivers for me buying almost anything. I was doubtful about the price tag as it seemed too cheap to be true, I even went trough the lowest reviews to see if there was some kind of catch, and effectively I found some reviews about fabrics poor quality, defects, and seams ripping off after the first week of usage. However, bad comments were very scarce and I was needing a backpack really badly so I decided to give it a shot (for an under $30 bucks laptop backpack, why not?). To summarize: Materials, terrific! Exceeding expectations, very sturdy fabrics and completely waterproof (Hey, I live in "Raincouver", Canada. This past week rain has been a real trial for the backpack). Plenty of pockets, which I'm loving, the pictures doesn't reveal that much about this in the listings but there's plenty of compartments to keep your stuff including a security hidden pocket that you'll need to find yourself when you get yours ;-). Comfort, 10/10 points: cushioned straps and the padded back do the job. However, I wouldn't recommend this backpack to anyone below 5'7'' in height, I'm 5'10'' and the backpack reaches just above my waist so for shorter people this will represent an ergonomic challenge if you intend to use on a daily basis like me, but in my case is a perfect fit. Why am I dropping a star? Well, while the big pocket is properly padded and seems safe, this backpack lacks the traditional inner pocket most laptop backpacks have to keep your machine in one place, I have a 13-inch MacBook Pro so when stored it feels kind of loose. Overall, really great product at an excellent price.

literally the best bag on earth, objectively (no bias involved. this is fact not opinion. best bag.)
I CAN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT THIS BAG.I don't care who you are or why you think you might want it- you need to get this.I travel often for anywhere from 1-4 nights, and this bag is the perfect size for either. I bring it everywhere. It is really convenient to throw on your shoulder when walking in an airport or train station, it its compact enough to slide into your trunk and still have plenty of room for other people's suitcases. It somehow holds everything you could possibly need (I have used it, as I said, for up to four days/three overnights) and is still not a ridiculously large size.It is really durable, and the zipper specifically is super heavy duty and doesn't seem flimsy like it is going to break.

Great backpack! Tons of room
Great backpack! Tons of room, tons of pockets. Has a passthrough USB port on the side that allows you to hook up a powerbank inside the backpack and charge your devices without having to open the backpack.Main pocket is padded and very deep, you can fit some beefy laptops in it.Side pockets have inner pockets and also function as bottle-holders (surprisingly secure! I've hauled my big steel canteen in them with no issues).Secondary pocket is full of smaller compartments for cables, electronics, etc.Front pocket is deep and relatively narrow. There is also a small compartment on the back of the backpack (where your lower back would sit) that is padded and can also fit quite a lot.You can probably tell, the general theme of this backpack is "room". You can store so much in this pack and it still doesn't look any larger than any other backpack of similar dimensions. It's pretty amazing how roomy this thing is without compromising on form factor or protection.

What a Disappointment!
I was so excited for this bag, because my current backpack is so worn that the bottom of it is see-through. When I received this, I opened it and my heart sunk. It was smaller than it looked online, and I just left it in the box for a couple of weeks out of disappointment. However, I realized that it was an unfair assumption to make just on visualization, so I decided to put my things in it and see how it works. I ordered this under the presumption that it was large; it touts nearly 20" tall and 8.5" inches deep! But whoever designed this thing clearly didn't actually think about how to utilize space! The layout of the pockets reduce the storage capacity so severely that it's despicable. If you want to put anything in this bag besides a laptop and a couple of textbooks, heavily dependent on their size, good luck!! I can't even fit a water bottle in the biggest pocket if there's anything else underneath it. Maybe you don't have a lot to carry, and this backpack still sounds okay to you; just wait! There's more. There's a smaller outer pocket on the outside of the largest compartment. However, it doesn't extend outward in depth, meaning that if the large compartment is full, you can't even fit your hand in the smaller pocket on the outside because it uses the same space. I had my glasses in there in a travel container, and had to remove them because they were getting so squished. Seriously?? Who designed this thing? Also, the largest container doesn't zip all the way to the bottom, only about halfway down the bag (the laptop compartment zips even less; just barely down from the top. That's okay, however, because slipping a laptop in a bag doesn't require much of an opening.), meaning that you have to shove things into it, and take everything out if you want to access smaller items that are at the bottom. Not only that, but the zipper for the largest compartment is in a square shape, so if you want to be able to open it with just one hand, you're completely out of luck. I frequently will be wearing my backpack, and need an item, so I will hold it on one shoulder and use the other hand to get what I need. That isn't an option with this bag! The user handling is so poor. The straps are nicely padded, but if you have the material rubbing against skin on your neck or shoulders, it's extremely uncomfortable. The adjustment on the straps isn't very sensitive; you can't just slightly raise/lower one, it's only in extreme changes. I don't think that's actually an issue, because it would most likely resolve after repeated adjustment. This bag really does widen once it's full, but for how big it is on the outside, it can hold maybe half of what I carry in my old, ratty Jansport backpack. I would rather risk my items falling out of a bottom that's see through than not be able to carry all of the things that I need for work and school.

Very sturdy laptop backpack.
I received this on Sunday so I've only used it for two days. I'm an older woman who is going back to college. I've been looking for a backpack so I could take my laptop and textbook to work so I could do homework on my lunch break. This backpack fit the bill. My 16 inch laptop with it's own padded case fits perfectly in the large pocket. My book, tablet, and headphones fit in the next pocket. There are two side pockets for water bottle or whatever you choose. There are plenty of little pockets throughout the inside. The top handle is padded and feels good in your hand. Straps are very comfortable and have a lot of padding. The zippers are solid feeling. The backside of the backpack is also padded. The backpack appears to be well put together.I haven't yet used the USB charging port. But, that is not the main reason I purchased this bag. I bought this bag for carrying my laptop and school junk to work and when I have to travel for work.

Worked great on my trip.
I was looking for something to carry all my misc stuff on the airplane. I ended up putting my laptop in my carryon instead of the back pack but that was a personal choice not because it wouldn't work in the back pack. My 15 inch laptop fit great, I just felt it was too heavy once I got my camera bag and other misc stuff inside. What came in the handiest was the little zipper compartment at the top. My charger cord, lip balm and I don't remember what else I had in there, but it was nice to have it handy instead of digging around some other compartment for little stuff like lip balm. I actually ended up using the laptop section for magazines and my water bottle. It seems pretty sturdy but I won't be using it on a daily basis so I don't know how well it will hold up under every day use. It fit under the seat in front of me perfectly.I like the straps. Even packed full they didn't dig into my shoulders and I was able to get the top strap over my suitcase handle when I was walking through the airport. It worked out pretty well for my use.
